After your purchase has been made, please note more information may be required from you. Once you make your payment, you will receive an email from us at valenciaw304gmail.com in less than 24 hours for the next steps/questionnaires for your project.
your content information should be sent within a week after your purchase, any time after will result in a delay with your project completion.
Your project turnaround time & deadline will be given once you SEND ALL CONTENT REQUIREMENTS!
Any draft files or files sent during the revision period remain the property of Valencia W Designs and are not approved to be used until the stages of the design and invoice are paid in full.
Final designs (unmarked, unwatermarked) will not be sent until the invoice is paid in full. Upon final payment, you will receive your final files in JPEG, PNG, and PDF form. Design files (.AI, .PSD, .EPS) are not to be delivered and remain the property of Valencia W Designs
All designs will be sent via email, if you desire revisions AFTER approved work you will be charged an additional fee as well an additional fee for any other extra services.
If you decide to cancel your project for any given reason, if the designer has not started the design you will be issued a refund of 30% off your price, if the designer has started the project and you wish to cancel you will be charged 100% of your price and will be issued NO refund.
Valencia W Designs will have portfolio rights to share the completed work designed on our social media & website.
Before you confirm your agreement to these terms, please make sure you understand all of the above agreement. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us immediately.
You are required to agree to this policy before services are rendered.
This website is owned and operated by Valencia W Designs Studio, LLC. Throughout the site and all our correspondences, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Valencia W Designs Studio, LLC. The terms “you” “your” refer to the visitor accessing the site.
By accessing or using any part of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions listed on this page, then you may not access the website or use any of our services.
Violation of Terms:
Violation of any of the Terms listed here will result in an immediate termination of your access to our site and/or services.
Term and Policy Updates:
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time.
It is your responsibility to check this page for any updates or changes to the terms or policies.
Changes to products or services:
Prices of services and products offered by us are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service or products without notice at any time.
We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service
Communication for the duration of the project is required, no exceptions.
If no communication is made a week after contacting you, after 3 attempts your project will be terminated NO EXCEPTIONS.
You will be charged a $25 "restart" fee to continue work after no communication.
If a month has passed with no communication , your project is forfeited, and no refund shall be issued.
Your project will be canceled and any design will be forfeited. All communication will be done via email or by scheduling a phone call during business hours. All emails are responded to in less than 24 hours.
If you have any questions after our business hours, please feel free to send us an email and we will respond to you asap.
Business Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm CST standard. We are CLOSED and will not be available on weekends or holidays.
Timeframe of Work:
The timeframe does not include revisions. The revision stage can range from 1-5 business days, depending on communication from you and the number of revisions you request, please send any information regarding revisions through email during business hours.
Each design concept is allowed 3 revisions before the client approves the design, any additional revisions will be an additional fee. Once the design is approved, revisions are requested there will be additional fees applied.
