Communication for the duration of the project is required, no exceptions.

If no communication is made a week after contacting you,  after 3 attempts your project will be terminated NO EXCEPTIONS.  You will be charged a $25 "restart" fee to continue work after no communication.

 If a month has passed , your project is forfeited, and no refund shall be issued.

Your project  will be canceled and any design will be forfeited. 

 

The following forms of communication are email or text during our business hours.

If you text after business hours, your message will be voided. If you have any questions after our business hours, please feel free to send us an email and we will respond to you asap.

Business Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm CST  standard. We are CLOSED and will not be available on weekends or holidays.

Timeframe of Work: The timeframe does not include revisions. The revision stage can range from 1-5 business days, depending on communication from you and the number of revisions you request, please send any information regarding revisions through email or text DURING business hours. If it is after business hours, please send through email. NO PHOTOS under any circumstances will be accepted through text message.

 

When starting your web design, you will be emailed a series of questions and also a website agreement that you are required to look over.

All of the questions may not fit with your business but please answer to the best of your ability.

 

Please try to provide as much information in 1-3 emails as possible.

Images: 

Please send over all images you would like added to your website.

List of Bookings/Services:

Please be SPECIFIC  in the services you provide so that we are able to enter it correctly on to your site. Please reframe from being vague in your instructions. We do not content write for websites, it is up to you to provide all information you want included on your website. 

Products: If you sell any products, please provide us with your product images; the name of the product; the product description (if any); the product price; size; texture; length; color; etc.  Make sure all of your grammar is correct because we do not provide any corrections.

Please provide all correct pricing for the product, because we are entering what you provide us with.

Wix: If you have previously created an account on Wix , please give us the log-in information to that Wix account.

Domain: You are responsible for purchasing your own domain. 

 

 

Social Media: If you would like social media accounts connected to your site, please send the link to your social media pages. 

If you would like your Instagram displayed live on your website please be advised we will need your login , in order to connect it. If not we will walk you step by
 

Website Revamp: If your doing a revamp for your website only, this does not mean a new website being built, we will work with the website you currently have and update/enhance to your likings.

All projects will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of that service- no exceptions. All files will be sent after invoices are paid in full.

If you have a payment plan, please make your payments on the assigned dates given. You will be given a week grace period, if you fail to meet the deadline that your project will be forfeited.

How to Pay: After agreeing to your contract,, an invoice will be sent via email. Our forms of payment methods will be listed on your invoice. 

   Any draft files or files sent during the revision period remain the property of Valencia W Designs and are not approved to be used until the stages of the design and invoice are paid in full.

Final Designs: Final designs (unmarked, unwatermarked) will not be sent until the invoice is paid in full. Upon final payment, you will receive your final files in JPEG, PNG, and PDF form. Design files (.AI, .PSD, .EPS) are not to be delivered and remain the property of Valencia W Designs

Printing: Printing is NOT included in our prices, and will be additional if your interested.

Content & Creations: 

Please provide all content given for your desired project. Please double check for grammar errors and misspelling. We will not go in to correct. Please be aware that all projects come 3 revisions (unless your under a different contract), if you desire anymore you will be charged according to your project.
