Terms & Conditions


After your purchase has been made, please note more information may be required from you. Once you make your payment, you will receive an email from us at info@valenciawdesigns.com in less than 24 hours for the next steps/questionnaires for your project.

Your content questionnaire will be sent & you will be given the time length (depending on your service) on how long you have to respond.

Your project deadline will be given once you SEND ALL CONTENT REQUIREMENTS & this applies for ALL projects.



FOR EACH SERVICE DEADLINE DATE YOU WILL BE SENT REMINDER EMAIL THAT YOUR CONTENT IS LATE. If you fail to respond within 24 hours your projected will be terminated, if you respond to our reminder email, we will issue a new date for the content to be sent over, if you fail to send your content by the last reminder email your project will be terminated. If your project at anytime is canceled/terminated in order to restart you will have to pay a restart fee of $25 and will delay your project being completed, at that time the designer has the right to approve the restart fee, if approved, if their is any delay in communication/deadlines, your project will be permanently terminated with no chances of being restarted again nor will you be issued a refund.


Any draft files or files sent during the revision period remain the property of Valencia W Designs and are not approved to be used until the stages of the design and invoice are paid in full.

Final Designs: 

Final designs (unmarked, unwatermarked) will be sent after being finalized. Upon your finalizing stage, you will receive your final files in JPEG, PNG, and PDF form. Design files (.AI, .PSD, .EPS) are not to be delivered and remain the property of Valencia W Designs, unless a EPS file is included in the package.

​All designs will be sent via email, if you desire revisions AFTER approved work you will be charged an additional fee for recovering files & a fee for editing new files.

All logo designs will be sent via email, as well as a copyright form once the final design is approved for transfer and ownership to the client.


Cancelation & Refunds:

If you decide to cancel your project for any given reason, if the designer has not started any part of the project/package you will be issued a refund of 50% only of the overall service, if the designer has started ANY PART of  the design project/package/bundle deal and you wish to cancel you will not receive any refund.

If you have fail to respond within your given communication time AND deadline your services will be CANCELED.

If you have not communicated or notified us about any failure to communicate but wish to restart your project you will be charged a restart fee plus given a new deadline date. In this case, the designer can choose whether to proceed with approving a restart for the project or have it kept as terminated.

The designer indeed has the right to issue any refund or cancellation  at any time if we feel the project is out of our scope or expertise. If we decide to cancel before anything is completed we will issue a complete refund, if any part of the design has started we will issue only 85% of the total service. If this is the case, the client has 48 hours to issue over there refund details if NOT the refund will be voided.

Any packages/bundle deals/advanced bookings are considered ONE FULL SERVICE PROJECT & will not be broken into individual services, and if the designer has started ANY PART of the project, you will be issued no refund if you wish to cancel. If you decide to cancel your project BEFORE it begins you will be only be issued 50% of your overall service price.

If you have booked/secured a spot in advanced and decide to cancel OR have not communicated or sent us any content needed, your project will be terminated with no refunds issued.

ALL SALES & BRANDING DEALS ARE FINAL! No refund will be issued.

If you are unable to receive a refund because any part of your project has started, you can substitute for any other service for the EQUAL VALUE of your service you wish to cancel.

Our Rights:

Valencia W Designs will have portfolio rights to share design concepts to our social media & website & as mockups.

You are required to agree to this policy before services are rendered before your purchase through this page or your final cart page.


This website is owned and operated by Valencia W Designs Studio, LLC. Throughout the site and all our correspondences, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Valencia W Designs Studio, LLC. The terms “you” “your” refer to the visitor accessing the site.

By accessing or using any part of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions listed on this page, then you may not access the website or use any of our services.

Violation of Terms:

Violation of any of the Terms listed here will result in an immediate termination of your access to our site and/or services. We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time.

It is your responsibility to check this page for any updates or changes to the terms or policies.

Studio Terms

Changes to products or services:

Prices of services and products offered by us are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service or products without notice at any time.

We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service



All communication will be done via email, no exceptions (excluding consultation calls) any emails outside of our design threads will be disregarded. This includes Facebook messages, direct messages via Instagram, any other third party app. If you use any other third party application, all intended deadline timeframes will remain in effect. All communication is done via Central Standard Time. During your design process you will be sent a timeframe on when to have your questionnaire if you FAIL to respond, you will be given a additional grace period of one day, after that any failed communication will deem your project as terminated, no exceptions.

Timeframe of Work:

The timeframe does not include revisions and varies on each service. The revision stage can range from 1-5 business days, depending on communication from you and the number of revisions you request, please send any information regarding revisions through email during business hours to info@valenciawdesigns.com.

Each design concept is allowed one round of free revisions before the client approves the design, any additional revisions will be an additional fee. Once the design is approved, revisions are requested there will be additional fees applied.
